欧盟宣布采取多项措施放宽共同农业政策（CAP）限制

　　EU - EU Agriculture Commissioner Phil Hogan described to ministers measures he intends to take to simplify the EU's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), at a meeting of the EU Agriculture & Fisheries Council on Monday.Mr Hogan previously identified CAP simplification as one of his key priorities as Agriculture Minister. He said he hoped the move would decrease the burden on farmers and reduce costs to taxpayers.

　　在周一举行的欧盟农业和渔业联合会议上，欧盟农业委员菲尔▪霍根(Phil Hogan)向部长们介绍他打算采取的措施，即简化欧盟共同农业政策(CAP)。霍根先生(Mr Hogan)担任农业部长时会把简化共同农业政策(CAP)放在首位，作为处理问题的关键。他希望这项措施能减轻农民负担并减少纳税者的成本。
