新的加拿大人道协会防止动物保护失误

    CANADA - The executive director of the fledgling Animal Protection Services of Saskatchewan says creationof the new organization has avoided any lapse in enforcement of Saskatchewan's Animal Protection Act, writes Bruce Cochrane.The newly formed Animal Protection Services of Saskatchewan took over the enforcement of Saskatchewan's Animal Protection Act from 1 April.
